Abstract
In this paper for increasing an efficiency of the real time correlation-spectral analysis of short noisy signals the use of signal representation in sign delta modulation (SignDM) format has been proposed. The SignDM codes are specified by comparing the values of differences between signal samples in PCM format with a differential zone which is defined a´priori. These two bit codes good reflect the signal changes and are suitable for that analysis as well. This paper presents fast and exact algorithms of the short noisy signal analysis on the basis of the SignDM correlation analysis (CA) in connection with the spectral analysis and appropriate mathematical operations, as well as results of resolution study of that analysis by signal various initial phases
