Abstract
Surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) is a well-known surface-sensitive spectroscopic technique for enhancing Raman signal of molecules adsorbed on rough conducting surfaces. In present study a possible application of excimer laser irradiation in SERS substrate preparation is demonstrated.
