Abstract :
In this paper, we introduced a rescue surface vehicle, which could send the guidance ropes to the ships in danger and quickly carry the life rescue rings to the dropping people into the water under severe sea state. This vehicle posses characteristics such as strongly wave-surge resistant capability, small volume, light weight, high speed, and dexterous flexibility. And this vehicle could also be widely used in other applications.
