Abstract
This paper reviews computational techniques for calculating specific absorption rate (SAR) and temperature elevation in anatomically-based human models for microwave exposures. Then, variability of SAR and temperature elevation in different human models is investigated. Dominant factors influencing SAR and temperature elevation are also discussed based on the computational results.
