Notice of Retraction

Basing on the modular design and the logistics integration theory, and by analyzing the functional demand of regional logistics public information platform (RLPIP), this paper gives the building ideas of the regional logistics common information platform, supply chain information platform and the park logistics information platform in Shaanxi province. The information techniques and organization programs to be integrated into the RLPIP is explored. And different design contents of RLPIP are put forward. Sharing RLPIP by different way, the enterprise and government can achieve effective integration of resources available in Shaanxi province.
