Abstract :
This paper devotes to the real-time statistic of the inventory quantities, and the infinitesimal dividing method is firstly presented to build the exact (Q,r) inventory model with random lead time. Then this model is extended to the case of dual suppliers procurement. The complexity of the modeling procedure is effectively reduced.
