Abstract
The rain propagation-reliability forecasting method provided improves the planning of tactical communications networks by including expected rain-fall in the planning process. Forecasting has stimulated new approaches to network planning and management. Calendar-month performance engineering of SHF links in network planning has been made possible by the rain propagation-reliability forecasting method
