Abstract :
The embedded system develops, it becomes more and more complex system. Thus, it is more difficult for designers and developers to diagnose and debug the embedded system. As one of the most advanced technologies, SOPC is a hardware and software integrated embedded system. In the paper, the fault diagnosis and debugging system based on Rough Sets Theory is presented to help to identify error causes. It can quickly diagnose system errors. In the last, a case is also presented to verify the efficiency and effectivity of the method.
