Abstract :
Even though the electroluminescency is a known phenomenon since antiquity, new phosphorus is still under study and also the characterization of devices capable of offering high efficiencies. At the present work, we broach an analysis of color and emission intensity variation in dependence of the changes in the excitation frequency applied to the EL device.
