The purpose of this research was to describe the factors situation in implementing the knowledge management (KM) system and so surveying the organizational competencies for KM implementing in Iran Gas Company. Based on the literature review, expert interviews and questionnaire, we categorize the five factors in implementation of KM activities. Our result show that the all hypothesis are rejected, that means there are not bases and competencies for KM implementing in Markazi Province´s Gas Company, Iran.
