Abstract :
To evaluate the technological innovation ability of textiles enterprises, this paper designs an evaluation index system with qualitative indices and quantitative indices, then uses analytic hierarchy process based on fuzzy simulation to obtain the expected value of the technological innovation ability, finally determines the class of technological innovation ability. In the evaluation process, the weights of all the indices and the performance values of the qualitative indices are represented by fuzzy linguistic variables. By constructing membership functions of quantitative indices, the performance values of the quantitative indices are converted to fuzzy variables. The technological innovation ability of a textiles enterprise is a fuzzy variable, and its expected value is estimated by fuzzy simulation. Finally, the class of the technological innovation ability is determined according to the expected value.
