Abstract
The advantages of the directional couplers make from the McCulloch-Pitts neuron model a performed neuron. Using two levels of voltage (V1 and V2) separate the neuron inputs in excitatory and inhibitory. The functional scheme of the theoretical model made by the authors does from this neuron model a very flexible neuron
