Abstract
The advantages which result from combining electronic and optical elements, integrated on a common semiconductor substrate led to the manufacturing of integrated optoelectronical circuits on a large industrial scale. In this paper, the authors present from theoretical point of view, the realization by integrated optoelectronic technology of some logical gates as OR, AND and NOT. These logical gates are based especially on a phenomenon specific to photonics and integrated optoelectronics called the phenomenon of optical tunnelling
