Abstract :
In this work, semiconductor switchboards intended for realization of peak or phase modulation of high-frequency signals are considered. The offered structures, at the expense of transformation of the rejector filter to band-passing by communication diodes, provide an outcome of more than 40 dB, thus the strip of working frequencies assumes a 30% increase.
