This paper gives a practical model of forecasting the implicit pension debt of social pension insurance by means of decomposing the participators, reckoning interest rate by CKLS model and raising the definition of the continual rate of insurance and estimating it. Meanwhile this paper gets several significant conclusions through empirical research.
