Abstract
In this report, the analysis of SHF-band radiowave propagation principles is conducted for urban areas with a high density of building sites. The analysis is based on the statistical data collected in Novosibirsk City, one of the biggest cities of Russia. The adjusted model of interference in cellular communications is considered. As a result of experiments, the incorporation of the correction coefficients, dealing with the peculiarities of the surrounding urban area, into the known expressions is suggested.
