Abstract :
Introduces a prototype of wearable observation supporting system for helping human complete the observation and recognition tasks based on wearable camera. The research presented here addresses special challenge problems encountered in wearable computing environment. The implementation of new architecture and system process flow with functions will help the wearers real-time face detection, recognition and identification. The algorithm begins with capturing sufficient quality video frames from wearable camera followed by interested object detection and recognition. We demonstrate effectiveness and the feasibility of this system by experimental results.
