Abstract :
In this paper, authors present some research results of traveling-wave waveguide-banded spatial power divider/combiner. First, after theoretical analyzing, authors expand the bandwidth of traveling-wave waveguide-based power divider/combiner based on typical planar compatible structure, and then constructed symmetric coupling structure with the reduced height waveguides to doubles the combining pathways but not increasing loss, finally, give the new structure of traveling-wave power divider/combiner using double ridge-waveguide couplers to improve in-phase output characteristic.
