    For a long time, It has become a common phenomenon to use educational technology to support and enhance teaching efficiency, develop student´s personality and help them to form broad interesting in general schools. With the implementation of quality-oriented education in general schools, special education should keep pace with general education, we must change our concepts of special education, reform the teaching models which can not meet quality-oriented education, improve the quality of special education effectively. In this paper, the author will introduce individualized education and support ideas, combing with hearing-impaired children´s psychological characteristics, personality traits and learning ability, from the three aspects of multimedia technology, mobile learning technology and virtual learning communities to explore fully playing the advantages of educational technology to support hearing impaired students´ individualized education.
