Abstract :
A multi-layer cross-coupled filter applied to miliimeter-wave is designed based on general Chebyshev filter design theory together with substrate integrated waveguide(SIW) technology. The six coupled cavities of the filter are arranged in the three layer substrates, respectively, the area of the filter is one third of the single layer six-order filter, and four finite frequency transmission zeros have been generated. The simulation results confirmed the reflection of pass-band lower than 20dB and insertion loss better than 1.6dB.
