Abstract :
In neutron radiography, the projection of the test specimen was generally blurred and noise contaminated simultaneously. An effective strategy for restoration neutron radiography image was presented. It employs bivariate shrinkage rule based on dual-tree complex wavelet transform (DT-CWT) to suppress the noise, then applies Lucy-Richardson (LR) deconvolution algorithm to deblur the image. The result shows that the proposed scheme surplus original LR algorithm by denoising image firstly
