Abstract :
This paper describes experimental work and results showing that the PDO, a set of sigma-delta based oscillator structures for MEMS recently introduced by the authors, can also maintain a good oscillation behaviour for sampling frequencies under the Nyquist limit. So, it can work in undersampling conditions and an extension of the use of this kind of structures to higher frequency applications becomes possible.
