Abstract
The cement and mineral processing Industries are currently experiencing immense pressures to greatly reduce and eliminate their pollutants, especially their uncontrolled fugitive dust emissions. Environmental groups and public opinion are consistently championing the need to increase control over industry. Maintaining clean air and water are the driving forces that currently mobilize plant personnel to maintain vigilance.
