Abstract :
This paper deals with the scattering behavior of a resonant 6GHz-square patch antenna printed over a lossy FR4 substrate. It is seen that the 50Ω-matched receiving patch can absorb around 3% and scatter 97% of the sum of both absorbed and scattered powers even for different angle of illumination.
