Abstract :
Two 1.5 /spl mu/m semiconductor laser frequency standards have been developed, based on Doppler-free /sup 13/C/sub 2/H/sub 2/ spectra. Preliminary absolute frequency values obtained using a combination of femtosecond-comb and passive comb systems will be presented.
