Abstract :
More accurate information is required in the process of information communication, and the communicated concept is a fuzzy set, according to the above situations, this paper proposes a new fuzzy rough communication model using rough fuzzy sets. It investigates its properties, analyzes relationships between knowledge and fuzzy information invariability, knowledge and fuzzy information loss, and obtains a fuzzy rough communication information invariability theorem and a fuzzy rough communication information loss theorem. The model can be applied in risk investment management system, medical diagnosis system, and criminal detection system, etc.
