Abstract :
According to the ideas of the space base in linear algebra, this article applies techniques of database and object-oriented programming to present a method of design of the knowledge system based on basic rules. The concept of the basic decision rule is given, the result that any certain (or uncertain) rule can be generated by some certain (or certain and uncertain) basis decision rules is proved, and the model of the knowledge system based on basic rules is also proposed. Finally, the description of algorithm of extracting rules was given and the efficiency of the algorithm was analyzed as well in this paper.
