Abstract
Four circuit topologies that are used for DC-to-AC converters are presented. Simulation studies of all four topologies are described. The parallel-loaded DC-to-AC converter topology was analyzed, and a control scheme was developed. Detailed simulation was also carried out using an R-L-E load to study the effectiveness of the converter for DC-to-AC conversion. Results of this simulation demonstrate the effectiveness of the controller in overcoming the overvoltage problem.<>
