Abstract :
The structure and dimensions of frame electrodes of small copper tube used in the experiment are described in detail, the experimental conditions and methods are presented briefly. The direction´s influence of spraying fluid from small hole of tube electrode on machining effects of EDM trepanning is analyzed. Machined results and their reasons of trepanning moulds with frame electrode of small copper tube by EDM are introduced as well.
