Abstract :
The high efficiency TANDEM pulsed MAG welding machine is a efficient machine which used widely in the welding filed. TANDEM pulsed MAG welding machine ´s heat input the adjusting range is wide and have high efficiency electric energy, It´s a high quaLity and high efficient machine. Our TANDEM pulsed MAG welding machine used the 16-bit single chip dsPIC30F6011 to be the main control chip, two 8-bit single PIC18F4580, one is control the man-machine interaction system, the other one is control the wire feeder. Between the dsPIC30F6011 and the two 8-bit single chip PIC18F4580 is use the can bus to communication with each other.
