After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

With the use of the advantages of computer and network technology, design and development of athletes information management systems achieve the basic information, evaluation, statistics of athletes, monitor and evaluate on the athletic ability of elite athletes and achieve information management of athletes automation scientific and management man-machine integration, and provide management of scientific training for the athletes with a powerful decision support.
