Abstract :
In view of some characteristics of BRT vehicles on roads - special vehicles on special road, for BRT vehicles´ visual processing problem, this paper presents an improved method of binary image, compared with color images algorithm which is widely used, the new binary image processing, at the same costs in hardware, through the removal of unnecessary road image information, simplifying the computing formula to improve the computing speed, timely and accurate tells people road´s situations in order to reach a BRT vehicle´s smart driving in a straight line section.
