Abstract :
CA is set of organisational technical actions of the problems directed on the decision: confirmation, authenticity, uniqueness and maintenance of integrity of the data contained in certificates of public keys of users CA. Organisational measure of protection play essentially important role, and frequently makes the most part of efforts spent on safety. Efficiency of safety of complex systems of protection can be shown to a minimum in case of the wrong construction of system safety policy. This paper presents construction of a safety policy in CA structures.
