Abstract :
In this paper the basic problems limiting the development of the systems of automatic definition quality of ultrasonic welding are shown. Results of researches by definition criterion of quality ultrasonic welding on stationary and manual device are presented. The authors have presented an ultrasonic welder with a manual working tool, allowing in an automatic mode to determine the quality of the formed weld seam.
