Abstract :
Continuous joint ultrasonic welding and cutting is the most perspective way of reception of a qualitative reliable continuous welded joint and cutting thermoplastic polymeric materials and fabrics. In this article the equipment for reception of a continuous welded joint with an opportunity of simultaneous cutting is described, with the help of specially developed ultrasonic equipment. On the basis of experimental data the basic advantages of a ultrasonic way of welding and cutting are given. Use of the developed ultrasonic installation on the line productions using continuous jointly connection and cutting of polymeric materials is recommended.
