Abstract :
In this paper the technology of ultrasonic cartridges welding for water treating is represented. The carried out researches allowed to place the optimum technological parameters to the offered technology. As a result of operation the equipment for an automatic ultrasonic welding of a cartridge´s cover and case is offered, providing serial cartridges production execution. The cartridge construction needs to use the special heating working tools for hermetic cover and case cartridge welding.
