Abstract :
To solve the problem of image measurement for work piece larger than the view field of the camera, it is necessary to obtain the panorama of the object to measure. Because the template matching algorithm for image mosaic based on similarity measure will lead to long time consumption, this paper proposed an optimization method based on multi-scale and multi-resolution to speed up the shrinkage of the matching area. This optimization of search strategy improved the efficiency of template matching greatly and laid a foundation for the image measurement of large work piece.
