Abstract :
For the excessively high assembly costs in manufacturing, the paper studies the integration of the assembly technology and virtual reality technology, interactive virtual environment and other key technical issues. By using open source cross-platform application development interface in OSG scene graph, it creates a virtual assembly system to achieve assembly evaluation, optimization of assembly planning and virtual training.
