Abstract :
Aiming at quality problem and influencing factors easily appearing on the surface when cutting parts using ultrasound Liquid flow, this article carried on the thorough analysis, and proposed that the surface quality and accuracy of parts were closely related with design process factors, consisting of parameters of cutting machine, cutting process and hydraulic system. High-quality machined surface can be obtained, only with fully organic consideration to design process factors. Furthermore, some factors that should be considered in simulation of basic research on ultrasound Liquid flow cutting were put forward.
