Abstract :
Establish the fault tree model of the semi-automatic implanting machine, and analysis all subsystems´ reliability quantitatively according to the failure data of the testing machine, in order to find out the weakest link and potential weaknesses of this system. And then propose the corresponding measures to improve the design and improve its reliability.
