Abstract :
Based on the requirements of strategic budget, this paper brings forward some ideas about the design of strategic budgetary management system on the premise of the advantages brought by ERP. The function of logical budgetary relationship can be enhanced; the budgetary system can be designed in object-oriented way; furthermore, the core technique in the process of implementation is analyzed. It is noticeable that some new functions are applied in ERP to support these task.
