Abstract :
Based on NC system of Siemens 840D, and taking Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) as control object , each sector of rotational axis (Axis C) and wheel feed shaft (Axis X) which affect the camshaft grinding accuracy, is thoroughly analyzed in this paper by mechanism analysis. In accordance to the method of Three Loop Control (Current Loop-Speed Loop-Position Loop) which deduces transfer function gradually inside and out, the mathematical models of entire camshaft grinding servo system are established. On that basis, these models are emulated by SIMULINK in order to carry on the further study of high precision grinding.
