Abstract :
Global milk production shows a positive trend and cow milk production increased greatly. The dairy industry requires milk with high standards of quality in all stages of milk production and milk processing, and a very important parameter that influences these quality aspects most is the milk temperature. In this paper we present a sensor network based milk temperature monitoring system, because of the large amount of data produced by temperature sensors, it add the complexity of data management and query process, so we also introduce a service-oriented and quality-aware sensor data query system, in which system framework, data storage, query language, data query process and corresponding algorithms are also designed.
