Abstract :
Decision-making in the crisis management usually happens in dynamic, rapidly changing, and often unpredictable distributed environments. Crisis management decision support system (CMDSS) in e-government is challenged by the need of guaranteeing its availability anytime, anywhere and even under any circumstances. If CMDSS based on distributed architecture can be created by SOA, it can provide decision support for decision-makers to deal with crisis anytime, anywhere, and even under any circumstances. This paper starts from proposing a distributed architecture for CMDSS. Then the implementation of CMDSS with SOA is discussed. Finally the significance of developing distributed architecture for CMDSS in e- government is analyzed.
