Abstract :
In view of some model petroleum drilling machine´s big hook, establishes the big hook system´s three dimensional finite element model with CAD, uses large-scale finite element software ANSYS, simulates the drilling machine big hook´s typical operating mode, has carried on the modal analysis to the big hook, obtained the big hook´s natural frequency and the mode of vibration. The obtained conclusion to the structural design, the safety in production and the extension service life and so on has the reference value.
