Abstract
Very recently, we proposed optical reflection tomography along the geometrical thickness by combination of OCT and confocal reflection tomography (CRT). In order to apply this novel optical reflection tomography for clinical diagnoses, image quality of CRT should be comparable to that of OCT. In this paper, we describe improvement of the dynamic range of light signal detection of CRT. An in vivo CRT image of biological tissue is also presented as well as an OCT images.
