Abstract :
In this paper, we consider the H filtering problem for unideal communication channel using quantized measurements. Firstly, we introduce the stochastic variable satisfying Bernoulli random binary distribution to model the lossy measurements. Then, we design a filter to cope with the losses and mitigate quantization effects simultaneously such that the filtering error system is not only mean-square stochastically stable, but also has a prescribed H filtering performance. Further, we derive sufficient condition for the existence of the aforementioned filter. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate that the proposed approach is effective and feasible.
