  • Abstract
    We demonstrate a hybrid electronic and thermally tuned digital supermode distributed Bragg reflector (DSDBR) laser operating at 50°C submount temperature with <;200kHz Lorentzian linewidth, >16dBm fiber-coupled output power, >40dB SMSR and full C-band capability. Module power dissipation is <;3W for power leveled 16dBm output and operation in 75°C ambient environment.
