Abstract :
A discrete-time observer for a class of nonlinear systems is proposed. The proposed observer is a direct forward Euler discretization of the continuous-time observer given in Gautier et al. (1992) for uniformly observable systems. An extension of the observer design to a larger class of systems is also given
