Abstract :
The working principle of the mechanical feed system of Φ630 automatic pipe chamfering machine is introduced in this paper, and the working state of the feed system is analyzed in order to provide a theoretical basis for the servo control of feed system. The detection principle of the feed system and the detection method of the feed speed and displacement are also emphasized, and the calculating formula of the electronic gear ratio is presented to offer theoretical reference for equipment site commissioning.
